Typically, homeowners are responsible for purchasing the land prior to building. While we do have lots available periodically, they tend to sell quickly. What is the average cost of your homes?
Currently, our homes have an average price range of $160-$170 per square foot under roof, which includes living spaces, garages, and porches. It’s important to note that our pricing can vary depending on factors such as the homeowner’s wish list, interior and exterior selections, landscaping, and other personalized features.
